What will be your tasks?

  • Uncover opportunities at existing and new client accounts.
  • Develop a technical account strategy in collaboration with a senior sales for each of the client accounts.
  • Practical execution and reporting on customer Trials and Proof of Concepts which often are key phases in the sales process.
  • Create and foster an excellent relationship with the technical teams of the clients to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work with clients to determine their needs and requirements.
  • Plan, develop and test technical solutions and architectures that meet the clients needs. Deliver training for the implemented technology.
  • Organize workshops and webinars to demonstrate and train customers (cloud platform, device installation, configuration, use case extraction, do’s and dont’s)
  • Create and provide clients with requested information (via online helpdesk, knowledge base, …)

Skills and experience

  • You are hands-on and you can translate customer needs to technical implementations.
  • You take on full responsibility to execute projects.
  • You have the ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • You can articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • You are multi-lingual (English, Dutch – French, Spanish and/or German is a bonus).
  • You have a technical background and understands the working of Internet-of-Things systems.
  • You are in the ability to travel.
  • you understand your client’s commercial ecosystem and what drives your client’s business case and RoI.


In this role you will…

  • Create, implement and follow-up a content marketing strategy for our Internet-of-Things company
  • Create web content, blog posts, white papers,
    email marketing campaigns and social media content
  • Design websites, flyers, posters and manuals
  • Develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives
  • Think out of the box
  • Work on B2B and B2C marketing strategies

Skills & Requirements

  • You combine a creative background with a high quality of writing skills and a passion for technology.
  • You have experience in developing a marketing strategy
  • You are a strong communicator.
  • You have an analytical mind.
  • You have good time management and planning skills.
  • You value teamwork and accountability.
  • You are proficient in English and at least in one other language.
  • Prior experience in a start-up is a surplus


In this role you will…

  • Build up high quality customer relationships.
  • Identify and approach new potential customers.
  • Prepare the file, negotiate, the commercial conditions and close the contract.
  • Set-up the online sales strategy of the company.
  • In the end, you are responsible for reaching the turnover and profit targets.
