Ghent/Delft, June 3, 2025 – Sensolus, the European market leader in tracking unpowered assets, and TrackOnline, the digital platform for packaging management, are joining forces. Together, they offer customers the best of both worlds: smart hardware and powerful software for complete control over reusable packaging.
Sensolus and TrackOnline have entered into a partnership to enable real-time tracking of reusable packaging (containers, pallets, crates, etc.). Sensolus trackers are now directly integrated into the TrackOnline platform, allowing companies to manage flows, costs, and activities in a single system. This leads to less loss, fewer manual tasks, and more control over reverse logistics.
Sensolus trackers are now directly supported in TrackOnline. This allows companies to track their reusable packaging—such as (roll) containers, IBCs, pallets, or crates—in real time and use that data directly to create transactions, configure fees, and manage packaging flows digitally. Everything takes place within a single, clear platform. The result: less loss, less manual work, and more control over return logistics.

The demand for reusable packaging solutions is growing rapidly. More and more companies are opting for digitization and tracking to improve their efficiency, sustainability, and compliance. The upcoming European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) encourages organizations to better monitor their return flows, make reuse transparent, and automate administrative processes. By joining forces, Sensolus and TrackOnline offer companies a future-proof solution that perfectly aligns with this development.
