How to book your hotel:
As you plan your attendance at the Sensolus Partner Event, we want to provide you with important details regarding accommodation at the Accor Group hotels.
Method of Reservation:
- A reservation form is provided for each hotel.
- Complete the attached reservation form for your desired hotel.
- Send the filled form via email to the person in charge per hotel (highlighted in yellow on the forms).
- Note that there are limited hotel rooms available, so it is best to book as soon as possible.
- Reservation Deadline: 23 April 2024

What can I expect:
- Max 2 Registrants per organization: Ensure your organization is well-represented by registering up to two participants.
- Limited Capacity (85 Max): Act quickly to secure your spot among the 85 participants who will shape the future of asset management.
- Day 1 (9 AM to 9 PM):
- Training Sessions: Engage in informative training sessions designed to equip you with the latest insights and skills.
Evening fun: End the day off with some festivities and networking.

- Day 2 (9 AM to 9 PM):
- Looking to the future and awards: Immerse yourself in a day filled with valuable discussions, roadmap insights, inspiring keynotes, and partner awards.
- Fast Forward with “Speed Dating” in Ghent: Connect with the Sensolus team and fellow partners through ‘speed-dating style’ sessions, fostering collaboration and networking.
- Catering Included: We’ve got you covered – catering needs are taken care of during the event. Contact us for any dietary requirements.
- Hotels (4 – 6 June): We have reserved accommodation close to the venue of day 2 at Novotel, Ibis, Cathedral, and Ibis Opera.
