Inside Sales

What does the job look like?

As the inside sales person, you’ll play a key role in the lead generation team by working out strategies on how to improve lead inflow. You’re a digital native, so collecting leads through different digital means and improving those, is a piece of cake for you.
Next, turning those leads into qualified sales prospects, keeps you motivated. You love to be in constant contact with customers, you easily build professional relationships and customers find it easy to trust you. You listen and talk to your contacts and are able to identify their exact needs. Nurturing your contacts and being there for them with the right information at the right time, is your second nature. Of course, technology is kind of your cup of tea!

Since your main goal is to increase the inflow of customers, this role offers you the opportunity to play a key part in Sensolus’ growth. Our small team allows you to learn a lot about how a growing business works, as we’re in close contact with one another.   • Can structure your work well and are able to manage multiple tasks of different levels
  • Are able to maintain relationships at different levels (be it technical or not)
  • Are fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Nice plus: experience with typical lead management tools / CRM (digital buyer journey) / SaaS

Technical Sales

What does the job look like?

Being in charge of technical sales, means you work in close collaboration with our sales team to develop a technical strategy for each client account and you have an eye for uncovering opportunities at both existing but also new clients. As a technical sales person, you’re good at listening to and working with clients to determine their needs and requirements. Once you understand the client’s needs, you thrive on planning, developing and testing technical solutions that meet those needs. This also means for example delivering training for the implemented technology and providing clients with the required information at the right time. Creating and fostering excellent relationships with the technical teams of the clients are thus important to you. It motivates you to know your customers are satisfied. Next to the practical execution of customer trials and Proof of Concepts, you’ll also report on their status.

As the technical sales person, you have a passion for both technology as well as for people. Both for which working at Sensolus is a huge learning opportunity. We’re a small team of technological experts, which means you’ll get to learn a lot about our business on a technological level.   • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Are multilingual (English & Dutch – French, German and/or Spanish is a bonus)
  • Are able and willing to travel
